New Feature - Amend SOAP note

Hello Everyone,

We are pleased to announce that we now have an additional feature available! Providers can now amend a SOAP note. This feature will allow users with the proper permissions to amend a SOAP note entry. This feature is only to be utilized for special circumstances where a SOAP note requires being edited/modified. In the instance where the SOAP note is amended, it will be logged as an amendment and the original data will be archived and the new entry will be recorded.

Users with the proper permissions can find this feature under "Manage Patient" and selecting a Patient. Then select the Visit History tab and select "View SOAP note". You will then see the "Amend" button at the top of the page.
