New Feature - Sign and Validate Soap Note

Hello Everyone!

We have added a new feature to the SOAP note section. This feature will require you to "Sign and Validate" the SOAP note. This will ensure that your SOAP note is certified to the payers standards, helps to ensure you get paid for your services and protects you in the event you are audited.

Please be aware that if you "Sign and Validate" the SOAP note this will trigger the appointment to be completed which will lock the SOAP note. Make sure to complete the appointment completely before signing and validating.
