Duplicate Patient Notifications

 

 

When you have a duplicate patient, Mobile MediClaim will send a notification telling your practice you have duplicate patients. If you have duplicate patients, you can then merge them instead of having to delete one.

 

You can choose to turn this feature on or off.


Go to Mobile MediClaim 

1. Click on Facility

2. Click on Facility

Click on Facility

3. Click on the Notification Tab

Click on  the Notification Tab

4. Click on Notification for Duplicate Patient

This is where you will find the setting to turn this on or off.

Click on Notification for Duplicate Patient

5. Check or Uncheck box

If the button is bright blue it means the notification is active (on), if it is gray the notification is inactive (off)

6. If you ever want to see your duplicate patients, click on the notification on the top right hand bell on your screen.

7. Then click on, the notification named "Patients with duplicate profiles"

Then click on, the notification named "Patients with duplicate profiles"

8. You will then be brought to the duplicate patients page

Here you can click as many profiles as you'd like and merge them together

You will then be brought to the duplicate patients page
