Adding a quick Patient Note on Mobile MediClaim

There are some cases where our clients want to just create a note to stay up to date on something a patient told them, and not bill it. In order to do that, you need to add a quick patient note that keeps the note on file. This is the patient note section for quick notes. 

1. Click on Manage Patient

2. Click on Patient List

3. Search the name of the patient you would like to make a note for

4. Click on PATIENT NOTES +

This is to add a new note

Click on PATIENT NOTES +

5. Type your note

Type your note

6. Click on Submit

Click on Submit

7. This is an example of what the patient note looks like

8. And now- you have added your first patient note
