Adding a Mobile MediClaim SOAP Note Template to your Facility Templates

1. Click on Soap Template

2. Click on MMC Soap Template

This is where Mobile MediClaim SOAP note templates are currently housed.

3. Click on Copy Template

By doing this, you are copying the Mobile MediClaim claim to your facilities templates

4. A copy template window will appear confirming the template you would like to copy

5. Click on Copy Template

Make sure if you want to start using this template immediately, the status is set to active

6. Click on Facility Soap Template

7. Once you navigate back to facility templates you will see your new template
