Mastering Mobile MediClaim: A User's Guide to Creating and Streamlining Tasks
You will learn how to add tasks, and best functionality for using tasks.
Tasks are primarily used to streamline workflow between the practice or create better workflow between your practice and our billers.
There are numerous ways for you to create a task in the Mobile MediClaim System. All of which will have a "create task" in the top right hand corner. Most of our clients use the task feature in the appointment list, and the rejected claims areas where there needs to be attention given to making sure payment happens in the event a practice is billing to insurance.
Here is a quick video on how to use tasks to streamline workflow.
To view tasks, start by logging into Mobile MediClaim
1. Click on Dashboard
2. Click on Tasks…
3. Here is an example task
4. Click on the icon to learn more information about the task
5. After clicking on more information, it will show you what the task is referring to
6. To see all tasks, Click on View All Tasks
7. After clicking on all tasks, you will see all tasks for your organization if you have an admin view.
8. Click on any task to open it
You can also add comments to the task to notify the task creator, or anyone else in your organization
9. To complete a task, click complete task
10. To Create a task, click + Create Task wherever this button is present
11. Click on Task * and start adding the title of the task
12. Continue to Description *
13. To assign the task to someone on your team, click assign to
14. If you want to change the date this task is due, click on Due Date
15. You can also choose to add an attachment as well if needed
16. If there are any comments on tasks, use this space to comment back to the original poster or provide additional context
The user will be notified of the comment under their notification tab in the system
17. When you are ready to create the task, please click Create Task
You can then find all tasks back on the dashboard!
